Preventative Maintenance
Hasselblad and Imacon Flextight scanners
all require preventive maintenance. You will be notified via FlexColor software when this is due.
Remember, this type of maintenance should be carried out every year.
Standard Scanner Service
A standard service that comprises of :
- Replacing the drive belts,
- Replace bearings where required
- Cleaning internal surfaces
- Cleaning all optics and CCD
- Clean lamps and prism
- Calibrate drum position
- Reset service counter
This extensive service will take around three hours it will costs £330.00 plus travel (from BH23 3TS) and any additional charges (Congestion, ULEZ and parking etc.)

On Site Servicing
For these Hasselblad, Imacon and Flextight photo scanners.
I offer an on-site service that is popular with the majority of commercial clients and educational institutions as it eliminates the customary 3 -4 weeks downtime & related transport issues.
Remote Support
